Sun seems to be back … apparently not for a long time … better enjoy it as much as possible … You know where I will be today : OUTSIDE. Today i want to share with you a few artists I like ….
- Coeur de pirate : The debut album of an 18 years old Quebec-based musician. She delivers a collection of colourful and charming piano-driven pop songs.
- Claire Denamur : A young folksinger born out of a Ukrainian mother and a Dutch father, who loves the grand ladies of blues and jazz , Marilyn Monroe and the Beatles. She opened for Renan Luce, played the Francofolies and she is very funny on stage . Her voice is full with emotion.
- and how great : God Help the Girl: Stuart Murdoch of Belle & Sebastian Makes a Musical ! MySpace + inrocks article (to practice your French), released the 22d of June.
And the last but not the least : olivia Ruiz. I already “shared this” on myspace but today bonus is a video clip.
Monday saw the release in France of her much-anticipated third album, Miss Météores.
