yesterday for afternoon snack, I  prepared a blackberries leche, one of my very favorite “gouter”  ( I harvest quantities of them when dogwalking HIRO &  freezed several batches. I have the recipe from my Spanish friend Rebecca, it is basically a  blackberry milkshake and it is so good …

I love the color shades when I just blend it … here is how this mosaic is born …
