{ deco inspiration }

I’ve seen this  serene & warm old village house, located in the Landes region (in south west of France)  while flicking through a magazine in a waiting room …
Most of the elements are originals (the tiled floor, the parquet floor …) and its owner Jean-Érick, a talented collector and bargain-hunter, turned it in a very convivial home … with a lovely intimist “déco”, pairing  antiquités and modernité.

That bedroom with the rocking chair...to die for! I love the walls and how they were painted. And that chair is just too cool for words! Thanks for sharing, Sabine.

Hello!!! thanks for stopping by...you are right...summer markets are nice and I like to walk around to discover what they have.
I love the pics you share with us. It's a perfect style for a country house. I love the bath tube in front at the window...

Great interior. It's a bit shabby chic, a bit French country stye and minimalist at the same time. Lovely!

I love the older pieces and the brick! The brick provides such great character and texture. And the bathroom - *sigh*!

I want that fireplace in the kitchen pic you posted it is so fabulous. My favorite style is always a mix of antiques (preferably French) with quirky and modern pieces.
