flowers and plants are flipping their horizon …

image

Have you seen the  Sky Planter, designed by Patrick Morris…They are quite popular on the web right now The idea is so cool and original : growing plants upside down inside your home or office. And the concept is very original too , using a ground breaking internal reservoir system to feed water directly to the roots. Which means  no water evaporates or drips. Of course the soil is blocked into the “pot”.

The Sky Planter is made of ceramic . for the anecdote, the son of a New Zealand ceramics family, Morris chose his company name, Boskke, to invoke the word bosky, meaning a fledgling forest.

this “perle” is available @ Rockett St. George. It’s available in  different sizes, from £19.50 to  £59…

Just admire those gorgeous and stunning photo from Boskke site :

{ deco inspiration }

hortensia

I’ve seen this  serene & warm old village house, located in the Landes region (in south west of France)  while flicking through a magazine in a waiting room …
Most of the elements are originals (the tiled floor, the parquet floor …) and its owner Jean-Érick, a talented collector and bargain-hunter, turned it in a very convivial home … with a lovely intimist “déco”, pairing  antiquités and modernité.
