The weather is lovely, I have tons of things to do … but NOTHING can NEVER stop me from bookmarking new recipe & cooking / baking …. and the last but not the least …tasting.
Here are my tastespotting recipe big 5 for the past few days :
1. Salted Fudge Brownies @ lisa is cooking (and while visiting her blog make sure to check out her roasted red pepper and goat chesse tart)
2. mushroom crescent @ eat me, delicious [ a recipe that can be re-purposed into different versions : brie/pear, garlic/feta, and caramelized onions/cheddar ]
3. the creamiest rice pudding ever @ dork-a-thon
4. Panfried Smashed Potatoes @ the hungry mouse
5. Cheddar Crackers @ hungry cravings
